Home Learning – April 2020
Dear Parents/Carers,
We hope you and your family are well. This is a letter to give you some information on how we are going to provide educational tasks for your child to complete at home during this unprecedented time.
Every week, children in Year 3 and 4 will have 15 tasks to complete throughout the week. The tasks will be split up into areas of learning/subjects. They will have 3 Maths, English, Topic, Creative and ICT/PE tasks to complete every week. The tasks will be emailed to your child’s Hwb account every Monday and we will also send you the tasks via Class Dojo, as well as posting them on the school website in this area.
The children will complete the tasks on Hwb (using Jit) and save them to their account or will complete them on paper or practically at home. You can send us photos via email or on Class Dojo if you want to share your child’s work with us.
Please remember that we are not putting pressure on you to complete every single task every week. They will be there as guidance for you and to help your child maintain their skills levels whilst they are not in school. Do what you can.
